Dear Members!!
Payment through Credit Card enforces us to pay 2% extra as service charges. Hence all members are hereby informed that we will be charging 2% extra on payments through Credit Card with effect from 1st July-2006. Due to sudden spurt in prices ,we are contrained to INCREASE THE COST OF FOOD with effect from 1st July 2006.
While we assure you of our continued best services & hospitality,we request themembers to kindly co-operate with us.

MEMBERS ARE MOST HUMBLY INFORMED AS FOLLOWS:

Members are requested to sign the Members Register in the FRONT OFFICE.

The reception at the Club will give details of the outstanding and all other details of the members as soon as they approach the reception as the various departments have been linked by computer. Hence members are requested to co-operate with the reception staff.

Wherever the members want outstanding to be collected at their place a COLLECTION CHARGE of Rs.100/- will be charged to the member.

Members are requested to accompany their guests to the club for availing services in the Restaurent & Bar. If may be noted that guests of members will not be entertained without members.

Members are advised to make payment for party bills immediate on usage.

Valet Parking available at (y)our club.

A Reminder to the Members - Closing Hours:

Alarm bell at 22.45 Hrs (i.e 10.45 pm) is the indication of last order of he day for the Services.

Members are requested to complete all formalities by 23.30 Hr
(i.e.11.30 p.m) and thereafter Late Fee Charges of Rs.50/- per head per every additional Half an Hours will be collecyed.

Banquet halls and entertainment playings can be availed for all the Birthday ,Wedding Day & other Social Get -together s/Conferences.

Corkage:

Corkage will be chargable on the following rates when liquor is brought in person.

a) Foreign liquor : Rs.200/- for Full Bottle
:Rs.100/- for other sized Bottle (Half&Quarter)

b) Indian liquor : Rs.100/- for Full Bottle
: Rs.50/- for other sized Bottle (Half & Quarter)

INFORMATION TO THE MEMBERS:

Credit Limit:
Credit Limits for the members are as under:

For 5 Years Members's Rs.3000/-
For Life Member's Rs.5000/-
(i.e. 33 Years & 25 Years)

So we are requested to pay your monthly bills on or before the payment due date . To serve you better.

If the payment is not received within the above mentioned the payment due date 2% service charges will be levied on the outstanding balance.
If the payment is not received within 30 days of the accounts statement your crecit facility wil be withdrawn with immediate effect.
If the payment is not received within 45 days your club facility will be withdrawn till the outstanding is cleared in full.
If the payment is not received within 60 days your membership will be suspended till outstanding is cleared.
If the payment is not received within 90 days from membership will be cancelled. We request all members to settle their dues withot any default on due dates.
We have decided to increase the Guest Charges during weekends (i.e., Friday, Saturday & Sunday ) from Rs.15/- per guest to Rs. 25/- per guest, to serve our members better an ensure better hospitality.
